I had the pleasure of getting a massage by Lisa on 6/27/24. I had a lot of tension on my shoulders due to my work and had to seek professional help. Lisa was able to take that tension off from my body. Lisa is very attentive in the aspect that she’s constantly asking if the pressure is good or just to check up on me.
Care Therapy is by far the best massage experience I’ve ever had. The place is a visionary dream so clean and cutely decorated. You really feel like you’re able to escape and have all your problems melt away once stepping aside.
I went to Yari with pain in specific areas and I left my massage feeling back to normal or maybe even better than before. Yari really pin pointed my problem areas and relieved so much tension from them. I am super pleased with how she massages and how wonderful I was treated at Care Therapy Massage.
This place is amazing . If you ever need a relaxing massage on your own or with your spouse this is the spot. Lisa is amazing as well as all other staff. Defensively a 10/10 . So professional and always takes the time to listen to your needs. . She has treated multiple people in my family as well as myself .
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
