From the reviews

I booked the day spa far in advance for a bachelorette party. We booked a room to spend time in once our services were done. It was great for our group! The ladies were so nice and accommodating and everyone enjoyed their service, as well as the steam showers, etc. Best part of our weekend!

I have been here 4 times within the past 2 years, and each time has been great. I like a more firm massage and frequently have a hard time finding a place that can give the amount of pressure I like. Every massage therapist I have seen here has delivered more than satisfactory with my requests.

Hands down, the best spa around! The front desk team is very friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and instantly felt the relaxation /peacefulness set in. My massage therapist, Kimberly Yang, was awesome!! Highly recommend her. The steam showers and amenities in the changing rooms were great.

My first experience at The Day Spa exceeded expectations. From the kindness of the staff to the relaxing pre and post massage accommodations, and let’s not forget about THE massage. Erika did a phenomenal job for my Target/Focus Massage. I would definitely recommend treating yourself to a service at The Day Spa.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
