From the reviews
After being in pain for 8-months and doing massage therapy and chiropractic, I was not getting any better. Then I started acupuncture..... Eli helped to release my body of tightness, pain, inflammation and to gain overall better health in only 10-sessions! My mom and my sister both see her now too.
I suffered from TMJ and my jaw was locked up for 9 months. After one session with Christopher my jaw had full mobility and could open back up again. At the end of my sessions I have no more pain and full mobility of my jaw. 100% recommend going here!
My treatment with Elizabeth was wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable and kind, she’s helping me with low back and hip pain and I feel the best I’ve felt in years. I highly recommend her!
Elizabeth has been an absolute life saver. I feel like I’m being heard when I explain my issues, unlike other specialists I’ve tried who invest very little in their clients. She makes me very comfortable, and I have no problem being vulnerable and honest.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
