This Water Journey was everything I needed today. I was nervous because I’ve never done something like this before but the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. You can follow the predetermined water journey or make your own. It was very clean and quiet and the most relaxing experience. I would 100% come back!
I spent my birthday at the Bodhi spa in Providence and from the very beginning of the day to checkout was nothing short of perfect and accommodating. I had a deep tissue massage by Brandi. She was truly a highlight of the day.
First time doing this kind of thing and did not regret going with this place. After plans fell through, my girlfriend and I found this place online. We were quickly interested in the couples private suite option, but had trouble booking online. Kiki was quick to return a phone call and get us booked on the same day.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
