From the reviews
I’ve been taking physical therapy at Texas Star Rehab and Performance Center in Irving, and I truly believe they are the best at what they do. I had been struggling with pain in my left knee for quite some time, but after getting treatment here, the pain has gradually decreased and I’m seeing great improvement.
I have been suffering from chronic muscle pain for the last 16 years. I visited multiple specialist doctors in both India and the USA, tried every treatment you can imagine — physical therapy, medicines, scans, injections — but no one was able to find the root cause of my problem.
I had the best experience possible at Texas Star Rehab. I came here post surgery for both my ACL and MCL which were newly reconstructed. I was in an extremely tough position, in lots of pain and terrified. Rushi and Ami were amazing and took great care of me.
I was referred to this place when I was suffering with severe arm pain that was caused by the cervical disc degeneration. I am completely out of pain after 3 months of therapy and would like the pass the credit to Dr.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
