From the reviews

I’ve been here several times now and I had a great experience every time. The staff and doctors are all friendly and caring. Mr. Chapa did an excellent job on fixing my back, neck and shoulder pains and problems with his treatments that consisted of cupping, acupuncture, shock therapy and he also gives me natural…

★★★★★ — Wesley, Sep 2024

Very highly recommend Dr Chapa and his staff. I came in almost 4 months ago, experiencing between 15-20 migraine days per month. A year of working with a neurologist had gotten the pain somewhat manageable, but the associated symptoms, heavy medications and life disruption was untenable.

★★★★★ — Debbie, Feb 2026

After suffering from neurological injuries, my sister referred me to Dr. Chapa. I was a bit skeptical about taking herbs to resolve my health problems. I’ve gone to several doctors who specialize in stroke and seizures.

★★★★★ — Tony, May 2025

I have an eye disease that for years I’ve been told there is nothing that can be done. While I know there is no cure, I have been visiting Dr Chapa and I have seen some positive results.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
