This is a hidden gem. I called earlier during the day to confirm that they do walk-ins. They lady that did my massage was GREAT! I never had a professional massage before, so I left my pants on. I assumed I was just getting the upper body. The amount of pressure was great.
It is a very relaxing atmosphere. I got the 30 minute foot reflexology and the 60 minute body massage. It was fantastic! He knew exactly where my tense spots were and was able to work those kinks out. Pain? What pain? Lol... They did a fantastic job.
I booked a one hour foot massage and it was heavenly. The gentleman was very professional and attentive to my experience. He had magic hands and wonderful pressure. I like that he asked about my comfort levels before the massage and also checked in during the process to ensure the pressure was alright.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
