Before coming in and getting treated by Dr. Taffuri and Dr. Nick, my lower back was in pretty bad shape. It restricted me a lot in my training and I couldn’t keep training through the pain anymore. I always saw Dr. Taffuri at my CrossFit gym, but little did I know he was a chiropractor so I inquired for an appointment.
Taffuri Wellness Center has helped me so much. Sitting in front of a computer on average 10 hours a day causes me a lot of discomfort in my neck, shoulders and upper back. Going to Dr. Taffuri on a weekly basis for Stim, cupping, and Chiropractic adjustment has helped me tremendously! Dr. Taffuri and Robin are great!!

I have been going to Dr. Taffuri for 5 yrs., for chiropractic adjustments. I cannot do without them. He helps to keep my body aligned. Also I have done the Nutrimost diet. Lost 30 lbs. It also taught me how to eat healthier. But lately I have done a series of PEMF treatments after major surgery.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
