From the reviews
Eugene is a professional and is very passionate in his craft which puts him way above anybody else I worked with in the past. His work put me back on my feet numbers times after my back and other sport injuries.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Acunatomy with Eugene. I came in dealing with years of shoulder pain from sports, lifting (probably not as smart as I thought I was), and just not taking care of my body the way I should have.
I can’t recommend Eugene at Acunatomy highly enough. He’s been incredibly helpful in resolving my hip pain caused by overtraining and running. From the first visit, it was clear how knowledgeable he is—he takes the time to explain exactly what he’s doing and how each treatment supports and leads to full recovery.
As a Western medical practitioner I was very skeptical about acupuncture until I came across this Acupuncturist. He was extremely knowledgeable about his craft and knew how to diagnose and treat my ailments within one session.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
