My fave urban retreat. This is the spot, for relaxation. Services include individual massages, couple massages, cupping, and foot detox baths. I always feel good after leaving Sweet Serenity Spa. This place lives up to its name. Came in today for a couples, hot stone deep tissue. Amazing.
Did not enjoy my time here at all. First off the website says the massage is $70 then you go into the store and it says $80 then I get into the room and the lady that did my massage was soooo uncoordinated like she literally was so hard in my left side and was so soft on my right side like just straight up rubbing my…
I just left Sweet Serenity Spa and it was such a wonderful and relaxing experience . Tina was one of the sweetest and most patient people I’ve ever met. Susan gave me the best massage , I’ve never done hot stones before but I highly recommend them.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
