…I had a cupping and an Asian deep tissue massage. It was intense but I feel so much more relaxed after. Sue was my therapist and also stretched me out which is a part of the reason my lower back and shoulders were so tight.
…They also have cupping too. I tried it and felt so relaxed afterwards. As the reviews say, they have add on services but there is no pressure to upgrade. The studios are small but clean. I came back 3 times. Best prices in Waikiki. Highly recommend. This is located inside Aqua Aloha Surf hotel.

Sue was amazing! I had surgery on my back and she provided just the right amount of pressure near my surgical site. She really knows the anatomy of the body and found all my trouble areas and worked them out. And she is such a kind, empathetic person. I highly recommend her!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
