From the reviews

After two days of back-to-back marathon meetings that made me feel like a human pretzel, I desperately needed someone to unknot me before I fused into my chair permanently. I called around last minute, fully expecting every place to laugh me off the phone—but not Sundance!

★★★★★ — Tim, Mar 2025

I had the best experience at Sundance. The place was very inviting and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. A big huge thank you and hug to Lisa Kay Wood for the amazing reflexology treatment. It was my first time and I have to say it was wonderful.

★★★★★ — Lisa, Mar 2023

I've been going to Sundance for years for massages, but last year I learned that they also offered reflexology sessions. Lisa Wood was highly recommended, so I signed up for my first session. Many sessions later I can honestly say it has been a game-changer for me on several levels.

★★★★★ — Jerry, Mar 2026

I’ve had massages from several therapists over the years, and Tim B. is easily one of the best. He takes the time to understand what’s going on with your body and adjusts the pressure perfectly. His technique is both therapeutic and incredibly relaxing—I always leave feeling looser, lighter, and completely rejuvenated.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
