From the reviews
We had a fantastic experience that I can’t say enough good things about! Justin was fantastic with my daughter and I during intake and evaluations. Communicating in a kind, informative and clearly knowledgeable way. Even better? He developed a repoir with my 14 year old daughter that is no small feat!
Justin has been treating my husband's shoulder, post-surgery. As a fellow PT professional, I am very impressed with Justin. He is extremely professional, intelligent and caring. His skills and patience have been much appreciated and I can rest easy knowing that my husband is receiving excellent care.
Overall rating: A+ (Justin, Julie, Laurie, Paula) Justin served as my PT for multiple injuries: - highly knowledgeable - developed series of exercises that facilitated healing - demo'd each exercise and verified I performed it correctly - always provided handouts - excellent teacher about health and exercise - very…
Suburban Physical Therapy gave me my quality of life back. I had an extruded disc at L4 that pinched the nerve. The stabbing pain in my leg made it very difficult to stand or walk. My therapist was Justin. On the first visit Justin listened to what was going on and gave me some exercises to do.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
