From the reviews
I have been treated by Robert & Grace. They both are amazing chiropractors that know what they are doing and give ample time to assess and give a plan for care. Individualized care to each person that they treat (seems like a lost skill these days) I'm an active tennis player & always have something going on, they…
If you’re having back pain, sciatica, joint pain- this place is your spot! I’ve been seeing Dr Spackman for 3+ years and he’s taken my back from OW to WOW, truly.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Ghuman for my chronic neck pain, and the results have been amazing. He takes the time to understand your symptoms and provides personalized care that actually works.
I’ve seen both Dr. Grace and Dr. Robb and they are incredible providers! Thoughtful, attentive, knowledgeable, and take their time with patients. A lot of people think of chiropractic for adjustments only, but in addition to adjustments Dr.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
