The room was warm, calm, and inviting with candles and soft music playing. Jenaca took the time to understand my issues and work with me to fix it, all while making sure I was comfortable the whole time. She really listened and cared.
New to the area and found Subliminal from a google sesrch. Reviews were great so I face it a try. My shoulders and, upper back and neck were extremely tight for 3 weeks of travel, different bed and pillow and helping with grandkids. Janecka was my therapist and I could not have asked for a better experience.

Very thorough, very understanding, and very helpful. I left feeling much better than anything the medical doctors have been able to do for me on their own. I definitely recommend this to people with chronic pain and chronic stress and anxiety alongside their medical care. It's worth every penny and more.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
