From the reviews
…I was especially hoping for intraoral work and cupping, and she was amazing at it, it felt soo good and was such a relief. Beyond the bodywork itself, Diana was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, on top of being so knowledgeable about the body.
Diana is absolutely amazing! She has excellent bedside manner with a firm and comfortable touch. I am a runner and I came in with nagging aches in certain parts of my body. She tailored the session to my preferences and checked in with me to make sure everything felt right.
I can’t say enough good things. I chose to visit Juan Carlos every week for nearly two months. I have a labrum tear and we worked on my hip pain and range of motion. I had trouble standing from sitting and he improved that in one session-after word we worked through the tightness of my fascia breaking it up.
Saw Yolanda this time. She looked at the bigger picture and so I got even more relief than I’d hoped for. She’s also very friendly! Loved working with Arielle before. Everyone here is really great and the whole environment is clean and comfortable.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
