Doc is great! He has been helping me with both chronic and acute pain for several years. I also get Dry Needling done there which has been very helpful! I also see Liz for deep tissue massages. She really gets in there and finds the problem areas!
Great place for physical therapy, massage, and chiropractic needs. Small team that really cares; did an excellent job helping me with my Sciatica pain. The only thing that's left to be desired are Sat/Sun appointments.

I love Dr. Stevens!! I was on the verge of having back surgery, after doing physical therapy and cortisone shots wouldn't work so I went and seen Dr. Stevens. Doc felt my spine and said he didn't want to do anything until I got an MRI bc he didn't want to make things worse.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
