From the reviews
Dave is AWESOME! After weeks of slow, frustrating progress with our previous physical therapist, we made the decision to switch to Dave, and it was one of the best decisions we could have made for our daughter. In just two months with Dave, she made more progress than she did in three months with her prior PT.
My Son is a baseball player and has been seeing David for the past few weeks. He was diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome which will require surgery. David expertise is unparalleled. He has been able to reduce my Son’s symptoms so that he is able to play tournaments throughout the summer prior to surgery.
My son was battling 2 injuries- a broken ankle and a UCL injury. Dave utilized his time to tackle both issues and did an amazing job! He was extremely thorough and took his time to address both concerns during every session. My son came back from these injuries stronger than ever in just 4 weeks!
Have been dealing with golfer's elbow for the past few months. Dave came highly recommended from another family member and he didn't disappoint. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to understand the cause of my pain, explained the therapy he performed and outlined a treatment plan to return to full, pain-free…
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
