TMJ Relief ! I came here after my dentist recommended it. He was right! They realigned my jaw after having a side bite for many, many years. After my realignment, my jaw pain is gone. I go there once or twice a month to get other services like cupping, dry needling,electro shock therapy.
Dr.Adam is amazing. I was referred here by friends and wish I came sooner. I’ve struggled with back pain and knee pain for 4 & 7 years. After my alignment my pain went away, my flexibility/mobility drastically improved and I can sleep peacefully ! I could literally see the changes to my body.

My daughter and I had our first visit with Dr Adam last week. He is very thorough in his initial examination and easily locates problematic areas. He is also gentle and confident in his treatment of kids as well. Don’t hesitate to stop in if you are looking for preventative or other chiropractic care.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
