I got a 90 minute post-natal massage from Vaishali and it was incredible. I left feeling so much better and refreshed. It was a total body deep tissue massage and the hot stones and the cupping were my favorite. The atmosphere is calming and everyone is friendly. 10/10 experience and I highly recommend!!
I had the Shirodhara treatment. If you don't know what this is, it seems a but strange at first! I was prescribed this oil over my head at an Ayurvedic center, and at first it feels a bit strange, but after a while, I felt so relaxed and even had some emotions come up! It was very healing.
What an amazing experience I went in feeling stressed ann tense and left feeling like a brand new person. I would highly recommend this place. The people are great. The services are amazing. Trust me you will not be disappointed. I wouldn’t even call this place Spa.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
