From the reviews

Dustin and Wesley were excellent therapists! My fiancé and I left our couple's massages feeling like a million bucks. The whole Elements staff was so kind and helpful our entire visit - definitely better than most of the other massage places we have tried out!

I hate to write a bad review but...the therapist I had was definitely not as experienced as the reviews reflect. I had a hard time hearing her right from the beginning. She was talking to me with her back to me. As the massage started, I asked if the bed was able to be warmed and she turned it on.

★★★★☆ — Kathy, Jun 2024

UPDATE (6/19) After seeing my review, the manager reached out and offered a complimentary service to make up for my initial experience. I'm happy to say my second visit was much better! My massage therapist was fantastic and helped me feel relaxed and refreshed.

★★★★☆ — Missy, Jun 2026

The front desk people are just wonderful and every massage therapist I've had time with has understood the needs and knew exactly how much pressure I needed to get where I needed to be. But I HIGHLY recommend Dustin (elite) if you are in need of some serious deep pressure massage needs!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
