From the reviews

Kelly P. is the best! She is fantastic at deep tissue. I have on going hip, back and shoulder problems. She always finds those little knots of tension and I feel so much better when she is done! I'm adding, she did a great job on my upper back, shoulders and neck yesterday! I slept so good last night! Thank you Kelly!

I really enjoyed my appointment with Christopher. He was extremely nice and took his time explaining what/why he was doing something. I was skeptical about a man doing a massage. I am so glad that I kept that appointment. I made my next appointment before leaving. Thank you Christopher.

Sheena gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. And I have had a great many over many years in many countries. She has honed a technique that is soothing and therapeutic at the same time. This is difficult to do. I will definitely schedule another massage with Sheena.

Kelly is a very skilled therapist. She carefully and patiently massages the knots away leaving me feeling so much better! I look forward to many more sessions!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
