From the reviews

Jolene is the best! It had been a few years since I'd had a good massage therapist after moving to Wisconsin. So thankful I found Jolene! She really listens to your needs and even finding areas you didn't know you had tension. I've been to her about 5x now and I have no desire to look anywhere else. ❤️

I have been going to Jolene for massage services for a couple of years. She knows exactly what areas to work on based on a few questions in the beginning. I leave feeling amazing and relaxed. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been looking for the right Massage Therapist for years, since moving to the area. About a year ago, I booked Jolene. I haven’t been to anyone else since booking her. She really listens to your needs.

★★★★★ — Britney, Nov 2025

The skill was astounding. I made an appointment for the very next month for longer as 60 minutes just was not enough to address all areas with that level of depth and acumen. The ability to assess was spot on as she was dealing with injuries, and you will also get one heck of an education (if preferred).

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
