Absolutely an incredible place to go if you have issues with your body! I actually live in Kentucky and when I visit family in Houston I always make a stop in. They have done more for me in 1 singular visit than several regular visits at places in Kentucky.
Dr. Joseph is awesome! Most chiropractors will have you in and out pretty quick. This isn't one of those places. Dr. Joseph has many different methods he likes to use along with adjustments. Fire cups, trigger point therapy, heat therapy etc. He may also have some exercises for you to do depending on your situation.
They are amazing here. I've had a really bad experience at a previous chiro who made my back/inflammation worse but she listens to what I say about not being comfortable with certain exorcizes and I find I love going here every week.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
