From the reviews

BLESSED to have found Sarah 7 years ago for help with a 20 year old back/neck injury. I’ve dealt with sciatica, extremely tight muscles, and spasms from pinched nerves. She has helped me 100x more than any Dr or chiropractor I’ve seen prior…WITH long lasting relief!

★★★★★ — B, Jun 2025

I’m a first time customer here and she will have me for life! I can’t even begin to describe how great I feel after having a session with Sarah. I felt so at peace and relaxed. I let her know what parts of my body needed attention and she worked those out and then some.

★★★★★ — Kimberly, Mar 2019

Sarah is one of the most lovely people I can recall meeting. She truly is a therapist in both her services and personality. She helped me both physically and mentally, I would recommend her without hesitation.

★★★★★ — Tabitha, Jan 2022

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (There are not enough stars.) Sarah is highly efficient, strong and gives more than her money’s worth. Her fantastic personality is icing on the cake. I’ll be back.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
