I had a great massage by Lily, she was able to release a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. I also got hot stones and cupping which I typically get, I also tried the cbd therapy which I think really helped my body relax more. Will definitely come back!
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of relaxation. As soon as you walk in the door, youre greeted warmly and the atmosphere is very soothing. I carry a lot of tension between my shoulders and Fei Fei was able to get the knots out, no problem.
I had an amazing experience here. Ms Fei Fei was incredibly skilled and attentive. I told her exactly where I needed relief, and she focused on every area with great care. She checked in with me throughout the session to make sure the pressure was perfect and that I was comfortable.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
