From the reviews

Spine & Injury is hands down THE best physical therapy, chiropractic and therapeutic massage clinic in Laramie. They are NOT complacent in their practice and are certainly not a typical cookie cutter, do the same thing for every patient over and over regardless of results, folks.

The Spine and Injury Clinic has kept me moving in the mountains for years. After having a knee replacement at the Steadman Clinic, I returned home to Spine and Injury and worked with their PTs for rehab. Ten weeks later, I was hiking through Europe, five months later I climbed the Grand Teton.

★★★★★ — Alec, Dec 2025

I had a bilateral knee replacement five months ago. The first two weeks sucked, but now I’m back to full speed. The care I got from the staff at Spine and Injury Clinic was world class. I’ve worked with lots of physical therapists, but Tiffany Polson is the absolute best.

★★★★★ — Walt, Apr 2023

For many years I have been extraordinarily happy with both physical therapy and chiropractic services. The office does their best to accommodate immediate as well as short Term, post surgery needs with the specific providers who know my body, activity and lifestyle.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
