From the reviews

I prefer to go to Premier and I have gone there for over 50 years, believe it or not! I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always genuinely pleasant and helpful. Gary is especially accommodating. He is precise but also insightful. He can read me better that I can myself!

Listens , pays attention, cares, doesnt treat you like just another person, she engages you and treats you as if your the most important person in the world. (She does this for every patient/ client). And to her in that moment in time you are. Couldnt give her enough of the stars she deserves. Cant recommend her enough.

Jordan is fantastic super informative and has really helped me in my PT. He is always encouraging me and pushing me to get better but not to aggressively. He is always friendly and upbeat it has been a pleasure working with him. I always hurt after seeing him but my progress speak to Jordan’s expertise.

Teagan and Jill, plus the front staff are amazing. I had foot surgery and my other foot needs surgery that we hoped PT would help give me more time. Six months ago I could barely walk the pain was so bad. Two months of PT and I’m back to walking at my normal pace.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
