I love the facilities. The locker room is nice and quite comfortable. I like being able to store my things in the locker room instead of just hanging everything off the door or shoved on a chair, like at other spas I’ve been to. I like the option of the shower for after my massage.
I’ve been a customer at Spavia for years now and I cannot express how much I love it here! I recently got a massage from Ana who was extremely professional and so sweet. She asked me what my target spots were and how firm I would like the pressure before the massage started and it was wonderful!
Antwan was a great masseuse and Emma was an outstanding facialist. The ambiance and environment was beautiful and relaxing! My future daughter in law and I had an amazing g time. The staff are wonderful and so helpful ensuring a relaxing and professional experience.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
