I came in originally just looking for some temporary relief from lower back pain with a hot stone massage, but I’m so glad I met Robert. After discussing my pain points, he quickly realized that hot stones weren’t what I actually needed.
I’m rating 5 stars because today was my first time ever getting an ACTUAL massage and also going to Spa Bella. Callie did my Swedish massage and I am NOT disappointed!! I will indeed be going back! Perfect for an off day, i got to relax while getting my body fully massaged..
This was probably the best massage I’ve ever gotten. Erica is seriously a genius. I came in with a ton of neck, shoulder, and back pain from a pinched nerve. She asked me questions while she went, so she could find exactly where she needed to work at the knots.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
