The whole staff is outstanding ! They are all very caring . I was a little nervous at first but they made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. They have been very careful with helping me with my foot, exercises. I can't say enough! I'll recommend you to my family and friends!
John Reneau is highly qualified with his specialty in orthopedics and he has an excellent team, including the receptionist! They don't cut corners, so I'm making the fastest progress possible in healing my plantar fasciitis. My exercises and stretches are effective and they always focus on me for at least a full hour.
I attended every therapy session and that's thanks to Raheem. Without him, I probably would not have. Each visit, he made sure i knew what to do, he listened to my concerns, and helped me get proper positioning for effectiveness of the exercises. I got some praise along the way also, which certainly helped.
I have been attending physical therapy off and on for various injuries and pre and post surgical appointments for the last 4 years at Reneau Rehab. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. They engage with the clients asking them updates on how they are feeling and check in with them throughout the PT session.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
