From the reviews
…I see her for acupuncture and cupping. The cupping sessions over the last few months have really helped alleviate chronic pain. I highly recommend Tess for all your holistic healing needs!!
I suffer from sever RA and sever idopathic peripheral neuropathy. Tess is extreamly careful with documentation allowing for more precise placement! This also helps to watch the progress. Tess is comppasionate in a very real way. She has lessened my pain to a place where I can tolerate it.
Dr. Tess is a healer. I have had results from acute and chronic issues! But my favorite is the stress reduction! I cannot recommend enough!
Tess has helped me immensely, from treating sore joints and muscles to helping me get over pesky colds that won't go away. She has a great attention to the details. The time I spend in her office is gold to my health. Thanks for all you do Tess!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
