From the reviews
Christine is amazing. Listens intently and can tell she is a healer. Her treatment of acupuncture, cupping and tool assisted work was amazing. Already feel better in one treatment.
I am so happy I found Christine. She listens to my concerns and I appreciate the care and details she puts into our sessions together. I have nerve damage due to chemotherapy and radiation and she understands my frustrations because she has been in my shoes.
I am so happy to have Christine on my "healthcare team." She is so knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful and caring. The chemo induced neuropathy/numbness I have had for years has improved greatly since starting acupuncture with her. I am walking better than I have in years - feels like a miracle!
Wonderful. You get full attention from acupuncturist Christine. She is caring and intuitive. She knows where to put those needles, that's f'sure. I can feel when the needles are placed to do much needed work. I always leave this session feeling grounded & with hope.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
