From the reviews
I received the signature sculpt + lift and Gladys customized it to address my sensitive skin and fine lines. The upper body massage was so relaxing. She used a tightening peptide mask that made my fines disappear! My skin felt so soft and hydrated. I can’t wait to go back.
I had such a wonderful experience with Gladys! She personalized my skincare treatment perfectly and took the time to explain which options would work best for me. I can’t wait to come back and share how my skin feels….thank you for the amazing care
Gladys is such a pro! She consistently checked in to make sure my sensitive skin wasn’t irritated, would tell me about each product she was using and what it was for, and made sure I was comfortable each step of the process.
I love working with Gladys! She is the best, highly recommend!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
