I really enjoyed Solace. The float is an interesting experience (caution the salt water is slightly slippery. Laid back relaxation at its finest. Great date night idea 💡 😊 I have a massage coming 😌 up. I will update after. Allow a couple of minutes for the waiver. Enjoy 😉 relax 😌 and travel well.

I had a 1hour relaxation massage with Erin today and let me tell you it was the best thing I have ever done!!! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She let me know what she was going to do before she did it and she made sure I stayed covered so my comfort level was good. This was my first massage ever.
My girlfriend and I did a float and it was a sensational experience! We had a such a great time and it was very relaxing. Ashley was our attendant and she was so sweet and explained how the process worked, we loved her. After our float we enjoyed some quiet time while drinking their complimentary tea.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
