From the reviews
Brooke was amazing!! I had a lymphatic massage. Highly recommend!! At first you think this is not doing anything for you but wow when she was finished, the swelling in my arm decreased significantly. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Can't wait to try one of the many other massages that is offered at this spa.

I have been going to this establishment for many years now. I get the therapeutic massage when I go. Aaron does my massages. Therapeutic massage is not like a relaxation massage. So sometimes it hurts. But I always walk out of there feeling better than I did when I went in.
I would recommend 100%. The therapeutic massage was just that. She really worked into my knots, and at times it was painful but much needed as what therapeutic massage is supposed to be. She did great. I am going back, already have an appointment set for March. You can tell the people that work here know their stuff.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
