From the reviews
As a former patient of Dr. Mark, I was glad to see he landed here! He is very knowledgeable, skilled, and takes the time to make sure that he adjusts what needs adjusted. I left feeling great. Highly recommend the practice!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Klinedinst for numerous years due to numerous injuries over the last two decades, competing in endurance races. He is by far the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. Straightforward, no gimmicks.
I took my baby to Dr. Eric for the first time today, and was very impressed. Dr. Eric is soft spoken and calm and the atmosphere of the office is quiet and lovely. Also, I forgot my clutch containing my cash and cards at home, and the receptionist didn't hesitate to just put it on my tab for the next visit.
Dr. Eric is incredible. Full disclosure, his adjustments can be aggressive, but my gawd so needed. I have a pretty heavy medical issue that causes my back to be pretty tight and locked up.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
