I was a little skeptical at first, but I really enjoyed the work. Got a 30 minute massage and the masseuse really focused on working out the kinks in my neck. Which is why I went. She used different techniques which for me really helped improve my quality of life when I left.
Deep tissue massage, 1 hr.. I have massive injuriea from trauma. Both Mia and Sunny were FANTASTIC... have been 4x I think over past 3 mos. I would encourage you to have a translator app on phone that does Mandarin, to avoid any pertinent mis-communications. But got great massages every time.
My wife loves this place. She goes at least once a month. This was the first time I had been here in quite some time. I'm not one to go to Dr.'s or spas, for soreness or aches. But the tension in my back and arms had gotten to a point i needed to do something. The lady who gave me my massage was amazing.
Great place for a massage. I come about once a month and always very relaxed when I leave. The place is clean and quiet which is great. The masseuse always seems to be able to find where the problems are and always manages to fix it while still being very mindful of the amount of pressure she is applying.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
