From the reviews

Sherise has improved my life. Having someone that knows how Fibromyalgia works and effects the human body is immensely important to me. She has also educated me about Red Light therapy and how it can help my body heal. I can't thank her enough, it has helped with my Fibromyalgia amd IBS

Step into the realm of true healing with Sherise, where every touch is infused with a blend of expertise and empathy. Her intuitive understanding of both the body, and the spirit creates a transformative experience that extends far beyond the physical.

★★★★★ — Kat, Mar 2024

I was referred to Sherise after a motor vehicle accident in September 2022. I was new to massage, coming in very leery and anxious. She was warm, extremely understanding and very patient with me, she totally put my mind at ease. Yes, she is a massage therapist, but she is so much more than just that.

★★★★★ — Angela, Mar 2024

My previous massage therapist was going on maternity leave, so she referred me to Sherise for my shoulder injury in 2016, and I have never looked back. Sherise’s depth of knowledge goes for beyond body mechanics; she has this amazing ability to hold space and care not only for the body, but also for the ripple effects…

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
