I started seeing Randi about 6 months ago. I am 64 and have lower back and hip pain mostly from a MVA in 2008 although I have also been diagnosed with spondylolisthesis and have had pain associated with that as well.
Hands down the best massage therapy experience! That vibroacoustic table is life-changing! I've tried a lot of massage therapists in the area, but Aeris Massage is on a completely different level. From the moment I booked my appointment, everything was seamless and professional.
I have had Randi do massages on me at different locations. I left a place I would frequent to follow her to another location. I’m super excited she has opened her own place. I enjoy the deep tissue massage. It really helps pain in my lower back and hips. She has also helped with the tension I carry in my shoulders.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
