From the reviews

After years of massage therapy, I finally found an incredible person at Elements. I will not name them because I selfishly don't want to share their incredible services but this place has become my guilty pleasure.

Fantastic establishment. I always walk out feeling like a different (much more relaxed) person. Much easier to schedule than their major competitor (not sure if mentioning specific names will get my review flagged, so I won’t). Highly recommend.

★★★★★ — Qiana, Jan 2025

Wow. So worth the money, Clean, comfortable, and my therapist was perfect. However, when you book a massage on line you get a call saying that person doesn't do a one hour massage, and you will have to book a 90 min massage.

★★★★★ — Judith, Jan 2026

From the start working with Mona to my massage therapist it was a great experience. The studio was in immaculate condition and well kept. My massage therapist Desiree took the time to make me feel comfortable before, during and after the massage and also gave me a few recommendation after the massage was complete.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
