From the reviews
Dr. Erica has been amazing in helping me manage my menstrual health, hormones, and stress. Since starting treatment, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the pain I experience around my cycle. Her space is calm and relaxing, and her demeanor matches perfectly — always pleasant, kind, and reassuring.
My family has seen Dr Erica for a few years— my husband and me, and 2 of my kids. We have seen her for sports injuries, pregnancy issues, general misalignment stuff, and acupuncture. We have all had positive experiences.
Go see Dr. Juris! A fantastic chiropractor helped me with several health issues. She is very knowledgeable about current treatments and takes the time to explain what is needed to treat the problem you’re having. I can’t stress it enough, if you’re have any physical body issues and pain go see her.
Dr. Erica was able to evaluate the issue with my lower back and treat it(E-Stim and Acupuncture) quickly. I happily returned to my normal day-to-day after treatment. Also, my two athlete teens got great care after sport related injury(sprains/strains).
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
