I brought a group of moms and daughters here for yoga. Vera helped organize with Jennifer as our instructor. We had a lot of fun partnered with our daughters as we used each other as supports and counterbalances!! Come here for the real deal!!
We went in for our first class in over 8 years yesterday and had a great experience. We can't wait to come back!
I go to Accubalance whenever I have an issue with my back and also other ailments. Come here, relax and add years to your life.
Love this place so much. I had Bells Palsy and after a couple of session I saw massive improvement. Thank you so much :))) see y'all soon ❤️❤️❤️
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
