“Grace listened to my concerns and she evaluated my concerns with the proper treatment and now I am able to raise my right arm again and I have regained my range of motion.”
“Grace explained I probably experienced quick healing due to my young age, so I’m sure it may take a bit more time for other people, but I love that she is so honest and trustworthy.”

From the reviews
Grace is an absolute healer and understands what is required to bring resolution to what is before her. Through acupuncture, cupping and herbal medicine, Grace helped me recover from Bells P. Thank you Grace for going beyond the limitations of western medicine and supporting me in my recovery.
In search of an alternative treatment, I found Family Care Acupuncture & Herbs after I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy, causing partial facial paralysis. I emailed Grace explaining my situation, she responded back to me promptly and I had a appointment scheduled the following day.
Doctor Grace is truly SO wonderful! I was recommended to her by two other long term clients and was beyond impressed. I was skeptical of the cupping and acupuncture process, but she was so patient and explained everything to me as much as I needed.
I had the most wonderful healing experience here. I was in deep pain for months in my back and just in one session I already felt much better. I’ve been coming for acupuncture and cupping therapy every other two weeks and my body feels great! Grace is an amazing doctor! Highly recommended.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
