From the reviews

Just wow! I've been needing and searching for a massage therapist that has some muscle and can hit the deep spots in my back while also being able to listen to my needs. I've had MANY massage therapists and after only one session Ana is my favorite. My best friend bought me a gift certificate and the rest is history.

★★★★★ — Allia, Oct 2024

Hands down one of the most intuitive and healing massage experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked into her clean, tranquil space, I felt at ease. Ana took the time to really listen to my concerns and seemed to know exactly what my body needed.

★★★★★ — Jocelyn, Nov 2024

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The space is calming, clean, and filled with good energy. The staff truly listen, and you can tell they’re passionate about what they do.

★★★★★ — Ace, Aug 2025

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
