From the reviews

Cassie did an excellent job in targeting my problem areas. I've been having issues with frozen shoulder and IT band pain and I feel a lot more freedom of movement after out therapeutic session with cupping and scrapping. I'm so excited I found her and will definitely see her in the future!

★★★★★ — Elise, Mar 2025

One of the best treatments I've ever encountered. The facility was excellent, and Cassie was first class with every aspect of the session. Do not hesitate to book a spot with her!! Mark

★★★★★ — Mark, Apr 2025

I have a long list of old injuries compounded by fibromyalgia. I had somehow kinked my neck & had been having muscle spasms & unable to turn my head to my shoulder for over a week. Cassie was attentive to my individual needs and gave me an amazing healing massage.

★★★★★ — Sasha, May 2016

Cassie was wonderful, she knew what pressure I needed without me needing to say anything and was fun and easy to talk to. I usually am very self conscious but Cassie was professional and personable and melted away all my stress in a half an hour.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
