From the reviews
Sanda is the absolute best! She listens to my concerns and I feel so safe when she massages me! We did cupping and it was amazing. She is the absolute best and I highly recommend going to her. Her space is so cozy and welcoming.
I recently visited Sanda and had an incredible experience. Upon greeting me and getting situated in the room her calm demeanor had me feeling at ease and calm before the massage even started! The massage itself was exactely what I need. I even got to try cupping which I have always wanted to.
I’ve had a wonderful experience with Sanda! She truly listens to my body and focuses on the areas where I carry the most tension, particularly between my shoulder blades and neck. After just two sessions, I’ve already noticed a huge improvement in my muscle tightness, especially the trigger points I carry in my back.
Sanda is incredible. I appreciate how she spends time on places that need some extra work, rather than rushing through to get a full body massage in. She usually knows where my body needs attention before I do, and I feel light and relaxed after my visits.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
