From the reviews

Finally found a place that actually gets things done . I'm skinny and most places are so scared of breaking me . But my pain and knots are severe along with my body atrophy . But thanks to Chris (sorry if I got the name wrong long day !😩) but I'm on the road to recovery and will be back .

Alea was incredibly smart, knowledgeable, and professional. I went in feeling pain in my shoulder and left feeling completely pain-free — I was honestly ecstatic with the results. She took the time to understand what was going on and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

This is my second visit to the clinic and the experience was again great. Kyle was very professional and it was clear that he understood not just providing service but the anatomy and physiology behind each muscle group.

Yesterday I went I unable to turn my neck or lift my arm due to shoulder pain. After Phranqui treated me I regained like 95% of my ability to move. She listened to my concerns and questions, and even suggested add ons for better treatment. It was the best experience and best results I could have imagined.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
