From the reviews

I sit at a computer all day and have struggled with lack of mobility, chronic tightness, pain, and tension from being sedentary for work. I’ve been seeing Jaraud weekly for over a year for medical massage therapy, specifically deep tissue work and cupping, and the difference in my body has been incredible.

★★★★★ — Anna, May 2026

I’ve had consistently amazing experiences at this clinic, and I can’t recommend them enough. While I’ve personally worked with one therapist, the overall environment and level of care here make it clear that the entire clinic is dedicated to real results and patient well-being.

My husband and I have been using RPM for 3 or 4 years now and let me tell you this is not your average massage. The team here is very gifted and highly trained in a specific technique unique to here.

★★★★★ — Rose, Apr 2026

RPM offers a truly therapeutic, medical, massage. My therapist, Jaraud, gets deep into spasmed muscles and offers relief from old and/or new injuries and maladies. His thorough knowledge, combined with an intuitive approach, have culminated in outstanding results.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
