From the reviews
This is an exceptional chiropractic team. After just two months of care, I feel 100% better than when I first arrived in April. I've not taken any Advil since I started seeing this provider. Dr. Vann and her team genuinely care about their patients and it shows in every interaction.
Dr. Vann and everyone who works at Impact Family Chiropractic is AMAZING!!! Dr. Vann is a treasure and if you ever start going to her you will not go anywhere else!!! I praise Jesus for Dr. Vann, not only for her gift of adjusting me and my family, but for the genuine God fearing woman she is! Thank you Dr.
Dr. Vann and her wonderful team are immensely professional and absolutely caring. With each visit my wife and I deeply feel the concern for our wellbeing and quality of life. Dr. Vann performs her adjustments with great sensitivity and genuine affection.
10/10 recommend!! Everyone at Impact is amazing!! Dr. Vann has been a miracle worker on my baby. When my daughter was 2 months old she was diagnosed with torticollis- she couldn’t move her head to look to the left without her head tilting to the right.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
